Booked location for 18 people 1 month in advance . Shop confirmed that they will prepare space for us. When arriving staff was not aware of reservation and nothing was prepared. Seems only 2 staff where handling bar area for us and over 30 other guests. Decided quickly to search for another place. Hope shop can improve on staff plan and preparation in case that reservation come in for the future. View all feedback.
