We had an organised dinner with a large group of friends. An enjoyed from the Aperitif to the coffee the whole evening. The dishes where light, with very fresh engredients from the region of the Gruyère. No large quantities but enough to enjoy euch of the 7 dishes. The desert with chocolate was a dream. This is a very pricey restaurant with main courses on average 35 CHF. For that, you’d hope for something special. However, service was very slow, and the staff were much more interested in serving a large conference party of business men. The food was meh.
