Excellent drink suggestions and a charming, unique atmosphere. Leo looked after us wonderfully, and we strongly encourage you to make the trip. It will definitely be worth it!
Billy and Leo always take care of me. Leo is very competent behind the bar and is truly making craft cocktails. Amazing atmosphere! An actual speakeasy, way more than just a bar.
Really excellent cocktails! The atmosphere is so cool-very juicy and feels like a true saying. I'm gonna say last time we tried to come, they said it was such a small place and we couldn't fit! But this time when we went down there was actually a good amount of space!! Perfect for a date or girl night. Will be back!!
Dark, dingy and rude. Walked in here on a Saturday night and there were a few people at the bar plenty of room for me and my girlfriend. After a few minutes of being ignored, we were approached by the bartender who told us we had to leave because alarge group was waiting for the bar. When I questioned where this group was, the bartender rudely exclaimed that this is aspeakeasy and you can't just walk in like any other bar. But...we did just walk in there was no one at the door and theyweren't taking names. When you enter the restaurant, there is literally a sign with an arrow pointing to the bar. This is not aspeakeasy, not a friendly place, and not even a very nice bar. There are plenty of welcoming places to get a great cocktail inCharlottesville Lost Saint is not one of them.
Came in on a Saturday night for a cocktail. Host was friendly and led us to the bar after about a 20 minute wait. We waited about 15-20 minutes at a table in the corner with nobody ever bringing us drinks, taking our order, or acknowledging us. Drinksmay have been good but we will never know because we finally left to go get drinks somewhere else.
