I tried this buffet with great anticipation to enjoy a variety of healthy foods for dinner. The menu has a variety of meat, no type of lettuce/tomato salad or fresh raw vegetables. The cooked vegs were prepared with fresh seasonings. The other customers eat large portions of meats. I tasted small samples of the meats which tasted flavorful.
