my friend and i went to Akahana the other evening for the bogo sushi which was a weekday and not very busy. the service was fast and the ambiance was good, the restaurant was bigger than i thought! the thing that i just wasn't really wowed about was the menu. it's hard to read and a bit difficult to decide. i ended up getting the spicy tuna roll and a veggie roll i believe but it definitely wasn't the best sushi i've... Great server! Fast service.Food was just OK. We got the calamari which was tasty, not typically prepared-breading was different. We also got the Pad Thai and Fried Rice with chicken.
