Fantastic gluten free. It does not rely on sugar to make up for the lack of gluten and feels, looks and tastes like what my baker grandfather used to make. This is not Gluten free that is new age hipster food pretending. THis is real food - gluten free. A must drop in for any cealiac visiting Newcastle.
