The Wendy's in Kansas City can be inconsistent with their service. However, since it is conveniently located next to my physical therapy office, I visit often. Recently, they have improved and put in more effort. I would have given them 5 stars if I hadn't witnessed a worker reaching into the fry bin and eating a fry directly from it. View all feedback.
