I just wanted to share my experience at the Ruby Tuesday in Charleston, which was my first visit. It was truly a delightful experience. It's a typical American-style restaurant—nothing fancy, and it was pretty empty.
**Food:**
I ordered the New York strip for $23.99, and I was really disappointed. The texture of the meat was terrible, the seasoning was basic, and I hardly got any mushrooms, despite paying extra for them. Instead, I was served zucchini that I didn't order, and both the mushrooms and zucchini were burnt.
The salad bar was okay, but it didn't look very fresh; it's probably the best part of the meal, though that's not saying much!
Overall, I definitely won't be coming back.

I dine here a few times a week, and I have never had any issues with the service. The restaurant remains impeccably clean, even during busy times. The food is consistently excellent, and whenever I encounter any problems, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Rachelle has always been one of my favorite waitresses; she is incredibly friendly and provides the best service.
I have family who lives in Charles Town and I visit there quite often! I just wanted to say how great the bartender Rachelle is, she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I take care of me! She knows I'm just coming to my coupon days and she's still making sure I'm going to be happy. The restaurant is always clean, the staff are all so friendly, makes me welcome every time I come in!! Keep the big work all!
Worst experience I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays, Food was cold, waiter was Horrible Manager was no better.
Mark was our server, and he was fantastic. The salad bar was excellent, as usual.
