I never expected this to happen with a Red Robin. My friend and I got our food and I got broccoli that wasn't all the way steamed. I asked if I could get another batch that was a little softer to eat. Our waiter, the bartender, comes by with our drinks and asks if everything is okay. We said with the exception of my broccoli.
