I've visited this restaurant several times, and I've encountered a significant language barrier each time. Only one staff member spoke English, and she had a strong accent, which made communication challenging. They often seem to run out of items on the menu, and you typically have to pull forward and wait for your food to be brought to your car. View all feedback.
We have been coming to this Wendy's for years and the service is continued to decline and yet today I had no choice but to run by there for lunch and the food was horrible. The further that I got was not cooked thoroughly, the unsweetened tea tasted like it was several days old even though I ordered sweet tea. The employee could not speak enough English to even understand what I was ordering. I'm not understanding why it is decline so much so quickly. I will never go back.

Every time I come to this location I can never use or receive points because the scanner never works and I visit this location often at least 3 times a week.
Their breakfast menu and their baconator burger ? are pretty tasty. My order for the morning was pretty good and done right and on time.
They need work in their customer service, I understand it's tiring but not every customer deserves negative attitude especially if we are being friendly.
