This location was out of blonde toast and cascara topping. I ordered a vanilla latte with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso for a neighbor, but it turned out to be just espresso with cold foam—no steamed milk involved! The cold foam dissolved quite quickly, and I suspect they might have used 2% milk instead of the skim milk that corporate Starbucks uses for cold foam, which keeps it frothy and smooth for longer...
