Place an order to have it at 7:00 p.m. and that at 7.25 p.m. we didn't get anything and nobody calls and when I'm still told a good 15 minutes it's really ordinary. If I wanted to eat at 8:00, I'd ask for my order at 8:00. It's Thursday not a weekend night. Customer service is the minimum. I take the trouble to ask 30 minutes in advance the minimum is to call if it is impossible to produce my order that I turn to another alternative.
The value/price ratio of sushi is very good. freshness, taste, everything is there. the company could refine itself in terms of customer service, but it is acceptable. fast service and online order greatly facilitates the process.
Best sushi in town. Fresh, generous portions of fish, not too much rice to "fill". I always ask for them to change the nori paper with soy paper to better taste the fish.Recommend to all my friends and everyone is very satisfied. I usually order oout or jjust pick-up so I can't speak about the service inside.
This is my second time ordering, and once again, my food has not arrived. I placed my order hours in advance, and now, 2.5 hours later, it still hasn’t even been prepared. It's truly ridiculous. I'm often informed that it will be ready in 30 minutes, but after over an hour, it’s still not here.
We used to be very satisfied with this restaurant, but after experiencing terrible service last time, we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, it's now been two hours and we're still waiting for our food. We won't be returning again.
