Link (Linq) was an exceptional server, the best I've encountered since the COVID lockdown. He is a real asset to the service industry, and I truly appreciate him and the excellent cooks! The music was great, the food was delicious, and the place was clean. I plan to eat here frequently because it’s far better than fast food! What M dislikes about IHOP:
It was okay, but I probably won’t return. The registers were down, which made the wait for both the check and the food really long. The coffee was terrible, but I drank it just to warm up since the restaurant was freezing. The strawberry syrup tasted more like dyed water, so I had to settle for regular syrup, which is unusual for me as I usually like to have more options! We only come here once in a while when we’re really craving breakfast food. The food is okay and I’d give 3 stars. But I’d give Gigi’s customer service 5 stars!! Every time we come, she’s always running around doing everything she can for the customers. She is super friendly and funny too!! If she’s not a manager, she really needs to be promoted to be one (if that’s what she wants)!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and there was a wide variety of food to choose from. This time, my meal was cooked perfectly, and the wait for our food was surprisingly short—everything arrived at our table quickly. Our server was fantastic as well!
The food is definitely not bad; I just don’t have a strong preference for breakfast. However, the SERVICE was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful. Our server, Marcus, was exceptional—easily one of the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
We were seated near the kitchen where the workers ate and congregated, when there were plenty seats elsewhere. It was very cold in there. We had to eat our food very quickly to keep from eating cold food. The 3 stars is for the waitress. She was wonderfuland pleasant. The food was okay. Will I go back to that IHOP....NO!
Stay away from the new protein pancakes, they have the taste of protein powder, very artificial. Waitress was kind enough to let me send them back and order regular pancakes. But u can never stay angry at IHOP, lol, they are consistently good in service andquality
