Was Kayleigh Glover at Kfc a mag?
The drive-thru service was fast, even with five cars in front of us. The 8-piece box meal was cooked to perfection and served piping hot, and the staff were really friendly. They included all the utensils and napkins we needed in the bag. Despite the long line of cars outside, the service remained efficient and top-notch. Well done! View all feedback.

The drive-thru cashier (Monique on the receipt) had a very unpleasant attitude. I ordered a breast meal deal but was given a thigh instead. When I went back to fix the order, I was made to wait 20 minutes, and the correction was never made. I kept asking how much longer it would take, but both the manager and cashier just said, "Give me a second." Eventually, the cashier asked me to pull forward only to tell me they had to refund me after multiple inquiries about the wait for just one breast and a biscuit. If you don’t like your job or working in fast food, maybe you should stay home.
KFC's website mentions that dine-in is available, but every time I visit, we are asked to leave the lobby. Today at 11:00 AM, I tried again, only to be told they weren’t open yet, despite the drive-thru being in service. It’s no surprise that Popeyes next door is always busy while KFC remains empty, even with their menu options.
The menu at KFC offers satisfactory food, but the staff appeared somewhat unengaged. The drive-thru frequently misses items from my order. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant was clean.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ordered online thru app. Arrived at restaurant to teller advising me one of my items was unavailable, and I'd have to select something else. When I reminded her the order was already paid for, and there was nothing else KFC offered I wanted, she became upset, and told me I'd have to cancel the whole order. When I asked how could I cancel an online order, she became irate, and flew into a tirade about she told me choose something else, and what I want her to do. It was awfu
