The chips were not too bad, but, overly salty BUT the chicken burger was not worth eating, the bread on the burger was mushy, the lettuce was limp and I would not go back again. Easy to lose a customer, very difficult to get them back. View all feedback.

Seriously, this KFC confuses me. I don't know what it is about this KFC but every time I drive past it, there are queues out the street lining up to go through the drive through. The food is nothing special. It's just KFC but WTH Cessnock? Why the crazy queues? The food is no better and no worse than any other KFC I've been too worldwide.
Looking for a late night snack, after spending a day at Hunter Valley? KFC was the only place open on a Saturday night. Quick service
The food is consistently fresh at this restaurant. We have experienced being skipped in the double drive-thru before, so we now always use the outside lane. The staff are efficient and the KFC here is quite delicious. It is a very popular location.
