This family restaurant comes highly recommended by my sister and brother in law. I’ve enjoyed the Chilaquiles on two occasions I tried the red and the green ! Eggs over Medium . It was important that I had water so that the taste of my beverage doesn’t interfere with all the flavor happening on the plate. I 'm sorry to say Rosewood has gone downhill! It used to be okay. The service has gone down, the quality has diminished,! The cleanliness is disgusting. Carpet is old, stained and filthy dirty, I can 't believe the health department allows it to stay open This place is in desperate need of deep cleaning, painting, new carpets.... just to start. wow!!!
