The chicken in the big box combos was delicious, accompanied by tasty sides and a drink. I enjoyed every bite of my meal, especially the coleslaw. The service was quick, even during the dinner rush, and the food retained its great flavor during the ride home—unlike some other options we considered that evening. View all feedback.

The three-piece meal and sandwich were absolutely delicious! Shasta provided excellent service with a fast and hot delivery!

I ordered an 8-piece meal of thighs and legs, but instead, I received a mix of assorted chicken pieces. It would have been better if they had paid more attention to my order and fulfilled it as requested.
Food is always under cooked or super old.Service here is questionable at best.Place is the only chicken spot in town and it's terrible food.
Most incompetent group of bafoons to ever run a KFC/A&W don’t ever accept a doordash order here. They don’t communicate with each other and have u waiting 20 minutes for something that was already canceled. Every time I go here, there’s a number of upset guests before me and when it comes my turn, looks like I’m the next one to get disappointed. Terrible service. No communication with the customers or each other. And insane wait times. I’ve boycotted this restaurant.
