Today was my first time eating at a Chipotle restaurant, and I got three tacos, and they were very delicious, but a little bit too hot, but still delicious nonetheless. When I came in, there was a line, but it was a short one, and the staff were really nice and friendly, and I really loved how they had white and brown rices as options for vegetarians and vegan such as myself. What Carie Kerr doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I made a pickup order. I ordered a drink with it. The cup was supposed to be in the bag to fill and it was not. A friend picked it up for me and did not realize something was missing.. I have been trying to get a refund on the site or the phone, and both automated systems just send you on a futile loop and you can't connect to a human being at the store. I will have to make trip to the store if I want this resolved. View all feedback.
