Food is always great, tasty and hot when it arrives. Never had anything that wasn't delicious. Delivery timing always good and reasonable considering when we order at peak times. They did boba tea briefly, that was nice, wish they'd bring it back but not sure there's much demand for it. Staff are delightful. Probably the only decent take-away in the town. It is not a first time we did order from Koi but with the last was so bad experience...firs of all we wait for delivery 1h30min. OK its Friday night, it is busy. But when we didn't get order after 1h45min I call to koi, they confirm its very busy and driver just left restaurant with our delivery.
