Overall, I had a delightful dinner at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was attentive yet not intrusive, scoring a solid 4. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, also rated 4. If you visit, don't miss the Mashed Potatoes, Dirty Rice, and the Cheddar Bo Biscuit. The 4-Piece Chicken Supreme with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy is a must-try dish!.

A basic can of spray could easily fix this issue, yet it has happened two weekends in a row. This location was once the best Bojangles for both food and fast service. The portion sizes at Bojangles are quite small. My French fries were cold and tasted stale, definitely not fresh. I've had better experiences here before. While I understand that prices have increased significantly and businesses need to make a profit, raising costs by $3 to $5 or more feels excessive. Many of us are on tight budgets. Although we can always eat at home instead of dining out, sometimes we don’t want our kids eating dinner as late as 9 or 10 p.m. Please focus on restoring the quality of your food—it’s been missing for far too long.
I hadn’t ordered from this Bojangles location in over a year because of a past mistake, and unfortunately, the problems are still there. They left out the supremes and biscuits from our Family Variety Feast, along with the extra gravy and Boberry biscuits we paid for. We chose delivery but now have to visit the restaurant to fix the issue, with no refund for the delivery fee, making it a wasted expense. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
