This food is very delicious. When they moved locations I was a tad sad they no longer have a wide variety of choices. But it is still great food. You get a very good amount for the price. I've been to many different Indian restaurants, including Europe. I think Incredible India has very flavorful food. I do wish their hours were longer but I work around that and understand. I have given the positives. The negatives... please, please when it comes to lamb, or goat (that you don't offer until Thanksgiving), make sure you get the texture right. These are tough cuts of meat. Pressure cooking to the right texture is key. The flavors were there, but when the protein is tough, it leaves alot to be desired.
