I've lived in the Palm Springs area for almost 20 years now and have tried many sushi places throughout the valley. By far, Otori Sushi is still my favorite after 10+ years. The serving sizes are overly generous. The prices are reasonable (for the serving size). The food is sumptuous. The staff is friendly and always attentive. I live in the Midwest currently and was craving good sushi on my visit to California. We went to Otori based on some recommendations. The restaurant is nice inside and was packed. Service was fast and friendly and the menu has a lot of choices. Unfortunately, we didn't choose well, because most of our rolls were covered in various sauces.
