Despite mixed reviews, this valley restaurant is known for creative, fresh, and well-crafted dishes. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant stands out for its delicious food, best steaks, and cheesecake. It closes after the golf season, but loyal patrons aim to visit before then.
The food at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered the lemongrass chicken and my husband had the prawn spaghettini, and both dishes were delicious. Despite the rainy weather, the restaurant was quiet when we visited around 4 pm. The service was fast and efficient.
This restaurant is the best place to eat in the Kootenay region. The atmosphere is awesome and the food is delicious.
First time. Expected a fine-dining experience and got a good ole boys, after golf watering hole. Large group with screaming children degraded the experience, as did an adjacent group of profane golfers. Booked as a reservation for a special event, and was never mentioned by the servers. Drinks were very expensive -16$ for a cocktail! Food was creative and delicious. Would suggest they have a specific, isolated area for dinning patrons.
The food was delicious as usual. There's nothing like enjoying a meal on the deck while watching the golf games below. The drinks took a little longer than expected to arrive (10 minutes) and we were surprised to see two servers sitting with guests at another table while we waited for the bill. Nevertheless, it's always a great place to visit and the food never fails to impress.
Service was great! Everything tasted great and was delivered promptly. Everyone there enjoyed their meal! Excellent!
