I was standing behind a gentleman who was placing an order when I overheard the staff member at the counter call him an offensive term in Spanish while speaking to a coworker, who laughed it off. The customer clearly didn't understand, but I did. I can't tolerate that kind of behavior, so I decided to leave and take my business to a place that truly respects its customers. View all feedback.
