Porém, infelizmente localizado em uma praça totalmente mal cuidada, um descaso total com a população e os visitantes que ali frequentam, haja vista que, o mínimo que se espera de uma praça é ao menos um piso onde se possa caminhar com segurança, conforto e limpeza.
