First of all, this restaurant may be the cleanest I’ve seen. The glassware, etc was sparkling clean. The vegan items are clearly marked and the wait staff was knowledgeable. The food here is great! We started with the chili potatoes which where very crispy fried potatoes with a spicy tomato and cilantro sauce. Sooooo good! We shared the okra which was a little oily but otherwise very good. the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. there is a warning on the menu that the food can help because it is made fresh and order. we appreciate the warning as it took some time to get our food, but we received free papadam and ginger tea while we waited. as soon as we received our appetizers (similar momo), the entrées (tandoori platter and chickenervindaloo) and garlauch naan arrived quickly afterwar...
