I have to say my favorite Korean restaurant is Dami. They have best mul-naengmyeon in Dallas, TX. The broth is great, but the noodle is awesome, they make the noodle in house, and they do it right. They used to have the best Galbi Jjim (braised beef short rib) in the DFW, even it's pricey, it's worth it. However, my past two orders had changed my mind since they switched the beef material. It used to be high quality beef short rib, and they will remove the bone.
