Ordered an ice cream turkey cake in 2021 and was horrified. See for yourself...mostly buttercream--very little ice cream. I called and the woman on the phone was refusing to do anything because i picked up the Tues before TG and didn't attempt to eat until Fri. That literally has no relevance to my issue. Did she think the ice cream transformed into buttercream over those few days? No offer for replacement or refund.... View all feedback.
