Zaxbys has lost a step when it comes to quality and customer service. Their food used to be consistently good and now is at best mediocre. Dinner time has perhaps fallen off the most with cold fries, orders not correct, and lackluster attitudes from staff regardless of what Zaxbys I've frequented in the Greenville, SC area. And for the money, they can and should do better. View all feedback.

There food is good but there might be a wait especially on the evening but over all
The chicken was just flash reheated and burned. The fryer oil needed to be changed.
