The last few times I got bread sticks that were dry and simple. This time I asked her to make sure there was some butter and parm plz... they have an extra $2 for extra butter and parm, so $5.50 for bread sticks. And if that wasn't enough, they took one of the bags that was already in heating, drying out and put butter and parm on it, then when I came home, they were far over boiled and hard.
