Jeffrey is the place for brunch at Monterey Bay. Much better than Scratch, the same/lighter than Katie's Place, but half the price, better than First Awakenings, better than Bayonet, Crema, Monterey Plaza, Bernardus, even the lodge in Pebble Beach (although not as decadent).
