Service was prompt and friendly. Jalisco-style Mexican food doesn’t have the spice flavors of Sonoran or Baja-styled Mexico food I am used to having grown up in Arizona. The food at Rosy’s was delicious. I only gave it a four star because their refried beans are still made with lard, so none of our vegetarian party could enjoy them. View all feedback.
