I ordered catering for 11 people, which included half a rack of ribs, chicken, rice, and salad. I paid nearly $200 and received only 14 pieces of meat. I was embarrassed when I brought this back to my clients, as there wasn't enough protein to serve everyone. A few people ended up having just salad, which was disappointing.
