I asked the waiter for Mixed seafood pasta and he said there were no clams or oysters available so I ordered Spaghetti Carbonara instead. The spaghetti was sticky and had no flavor. My husband and I just returned from a 2 week vacation in Rome and Florence Italy and their Spaghetti Carbonara was excellent. The ingredients in Italy is high quality compared to Giaola.
