Was Christine Nader at Chatterbox a mag?
Mt Gravatt Plaza on Creek Road needed more cafe options for shoppers in this busy shopping complex, so it was good to see Chatterbox Cafe open around 12 months ago. We have visited several times since it opened and it has always been very good. The decor is clean and modern with several different dining areas throughout the cafe. They have "help yourself" table water and glasses in the cafe and the entire venue is ai... View all feedback.
What Dandre Barrows dislikes about Chatterbox:
Had a brekkie at Sunnybank Hills shopping Centre couple of days ago that tempted me to explore this one at Mt Gravatt Plaza. Venue is very large but still smaller than Sunnybank Hills. Service was very good and friendly. I placed my default brekkie and flat white. It kept... View all feedback.
We called in for a bite of lunch. Great variety of food and friendly staff. We went for a simple omelette which was far too cheesy and kept repeating on us.
Best cafe experience I've ever had. Many elderly folks had me thinking that they'd have a different standard, but I tried it anyway having the club sandwich and a mocha. Mocha was divine with the milk frothed to perfection, and the club sandwich was sold...More
Passing through Mt Gravatt in need of a coffee fix (again) & decided to try this cafe as I had walked past many months ago & intended to try it at some stage. Another reason was they have Di Bella coffee. I only had time for a take away which was $4. I ordered hot & strong, alas it was weak & watery with a sour taste & a huge amount of foam. The 2 rating accounts for the pecan pie which is a personal favorite of mine. They stock Priestley cakes here so that is a plus for me .
Staff super accommodating as we dropped in for a couple of quick chai lattes 15 minutes before closing time. Cakes were delicious and staff were very friendly and even entertained my 6 year old grandson with his babyccino. We will definitely be back just for their wonderful service!
