I had an amazing 3-course meal with friends at this restaurant last night. The appetizer, starter, and dessert were all absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. The steak wasn't as tender as I would have liked for medium rare, but the peppercorn sauce made up for it with its heavenly flavor. Had high expectations for a lovely evening, food was good, however seated 45 mins late for an 8:15 booking, very noisy dining room with a large work Christmas party booking and slow service let the evening down and nothing like you would expect for a £75 tasting menu.
