I got served a raw radish for my first meal. The fried tomatoes weren't bad but frankly poorly executed as if the dish was quickly thrown together. The sablefish was well cooked. The crab raviolis tasted undercooked and the meat inside fibrous. The pork with asparagus and pommes dauphines tasted good and worked well together.
