I’m a creature of habit and order the medium caramel coffee every time and sometimes a donut. It has always been good each time. For the first time I read the customer label on the cup and noticed that you can order by cream and sugar servings. I visited this place last night, and my friend ordered me a milk-free hot chocolate. The lady over the intercom told UGHH was sure, and was extremely rude as soon as she got into the window. We paid and I drank the drink. It wasn't milk-free and I was terrible sick all day. The next time you can not fill out a beverage request, please say that to be good for your customers.
