The restaurant in the Pilgrim's Hotel offers a surprising vegan option on their menu called Pilgrim's Pie, a light and delicious veggie dish. The staff were incredibly friendly and even provided recommendations for vegan-friendly beers and ciders. The atmosphere was described as typical, friendly, and slightly upscale. For those looking for a great meal in Canterbury, this spot is recommended, especially for mixed groups where not everyone is vegan.
