Stopped in here for a "quickie"dinner during the week. Wasn't expecting much...but wow. The service was good, the food was great and the effort to bring the restaurant up from the "70's" feel was apparent. I'll go back again :) View all feedback.

Don't go into ECC expecting much. From the cheesy chinese writing to the tacky decor to the names of very commonly known chinese food items on the menu, this restaraunt screams mediocrity.But dont take this negatively. I very much enjoyed the shantung chicken, fried tofu, and beef with vegetables. With enough flavour at a decent price this is akin to the local common pizza place - filling and cheap. I have never liked the food from this restaurant but it is my father's favourite! So go figure!...
The restaurant was empty except for one family. We ordered take away. Two dishes and some rice....
