Worst experience ever placed an online order. I waited 20 mins before heading into the restaurant to pick it up. They weren't busy. The order hadn't even been started. Employees were too busy on their phones and screwing around. All in all it took 1 hour from hitting submit online to getting my food. Not acceptable.
