What Anthony M likes about Time Out:
One of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. The kippers were perfect and reminded me of meals I shared with my grandparents as a kid. The establishment is properly Kosher but does not suffer from it in terms of choice on the menu. The wait staff was beyond excellent.
