First, we must remember that this is a fast food place. Generally, I never had problems with this place. I always use the Burger King app and just go through the drive thru and get my order. The staff is nice and friendly. I haven't experienced anyone rude or with an attitude. Eating is usually right, but if something is missing or wrong, they have no problems making it right. Extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 sandwiches thru the drive thru and wen I went home I realized that there were only 3 and there was no receipt in the bag. So I had to drive back 5 miles to get that sandwich and my receipt. The tone of the staff when I informed of this was totally cold and unapologetic. Not planning to come back here. View all feedback.
