My first time here and was really disappointed. The server who took my order for a New York sandwich was lovely. Gave me my order number and told me it would be a 10 minute wait. After 20 mins I asked when it would be ready. Server advised me my sandwich had been waiting for me at the pass for I don't know how long! but no one had called my number or let me know.Took my sandwich to a near by bench. There was coleslaw...
