Yesterday we picked up an order we'd placed for to-go boxes of coffee we planned to serve at a brunch we were hosting. The staff was friendly, the order was ready on time, the coffee was delicious, and they included plenty of cups, stirrers, sugar packets, and cream. First time here and found George to be quite rude. The purchase was complete but was unable to scan under my card and realized after the fact. I requested to reverse and re-ring and he said “the transaction is complete” in an attempt to waive me off. So I asked for my receipt to take it up with support, which he initially didn’t give me.
