Was Shamsher Singh at Cafe Fili a mag?
Why haven’t I visited Cafe Fili sooner? The food and service here are truly exceptional. I went for brunch today and was warmly welcomed by Chris, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered the Goat Salad, but I got so caught up in conversation with my guest that I forgot to take a picture. The salad was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated Chris’s suggestion to use goat cheese instead of feta, which wa... View all feedback.
What Shamsher Singh dislikes about Cafe Fili:
Tried lamb and felafel gyro. The felafel was crispy and tasty. The lamb tasted decent. But both gyros were very dry. Felt the menu priced on the higher side compared to similar restaurants. View all feedback.
WOW! A quaint neighborhood restaurant that served great tasting meals. Tonight's dinner consisted mostly of folks eating al fresco since the weather was so cooperative. The chicken shish tawook kabob platter was fantastic! Chunks of flavorful chicken on top of vermicelli rice was a big winner. Enjoy!
The vegan options at this restaurant were amazing, and the portion sizes were very generous—definitely enough for more than one meal, with plenty left over to take home!
Good, not great lunch for me. I ordered the short rib grilled cheese, and the flavor combination of the short rib, peppers and cheese wasn’t quite to my liking. The fries were really tasty and well seasoned. I will definitely be back to try the falafel bowls to make a final determination.
I ordered a chicken panini and wanted to add mushrooms, but unfortunately, they were out of stock! That was quite disappointing because I was really looking forward to the Wild Mushroom Panini on the menu. However, it was nice to see that my order came with a side salad.
We enjoyed a lovely early evening meal after an appointment in the downtown area. The menu offered an array of tempting choices, and our food was delicious. The service was prompt, polite, and efficient. The ambiance and decor were appealing. We're really glad we decided to stop by and will definitely return in the future.
