Had breakfast, nice Delaware river and bridge view, ordered the breakfast special 2 eggs home fries toast sausage and bacon $15. Home fries were just cubed potatoes. The meats were both cold not cooked to order got the wrong toast and the coffee was burned But other than that it was ok.
The Breakfast and Lunch sibling to Peppinos. My home away from home for breakfast and lunch! You can see your neighbors most days. To m, it is the Cheers of cafes.
Friendly quick service. We weren't happy with our meat (steak was overcooked), but omelet, home fries, toast were great. The carrot cake is to die for. Oh my goodness... get the carrot cake! Their carrot cake got me in the mood for more carrot cake and I tried getting it at two different bakeries after and was so disappointed.

I haven't ate a patty melt in about 10 years and it was one of the greatest Patty melts I have tried in a long time they cooked it to order. The waitress was very friendly.
