The food here is absolutely delicious! The standout dish for me was the chicken fingers for kids, which were surprisingly large. I really hope they maintain that size, as my child absolutely loved them. The beet salad with chicken was tasty; the chicken skin was crispy and had a great crunch, but I felt the portion could have been a bit larger. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the lobster roll totally let me down. There were huge chunksof lobster which was amazing! But the herb aïoli completely overpowered the lobster. The cocktails were excellent, and the corn soup was delightful. The hamachi crudo was the best I've ever tasted—seriously, you must try it! The shrimp cocktail was solid and flavorful, and the salad was the freshest I've had at any restaurant. The Spanish octopus featured some fascinating Southeast Asian and Singaporean influences that were outstanding. Following that, we had a decent piece of halibut, but the steak was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Solbar! Oh, and the wines were also good.

On the plus side the fries were crispy and well seasoned.
Very tasty food, great service and the location has gorgeous views. The waitress was very helpful describing the different plates and her recommendations were great. The chicken and dumplings had a very unique flavor and the portion was just right.
11-13-2022 – Went with a couple of friends I started out with Green Flash (Like a Margarita but spicier and better). A friend has Gin/Tonic and liked that the tonic (Fever Tree) came on the side. We shared Sourdough Parker House Rolls (served warm withbutter). Highly recommend as not many places give warm/hot bread. The Whipped Black Sesame Seed Dip can be skipped (nothing towrite home about). The Gnocchi (lobster), Sake Marinated Cod and Diver Scallops were outstanding. The serving size for scallopsseemed awfully small (3) even though it was listed under Mains. We ordered two desserts (Lemon Cake and Butterscotch pudding)and they were both great. The place seemed a little deserted, but I guess understandable as it was a Sunday night. The staffwas very attentive. Would like to come again in the day and may make a spa day out of the trip. On a whole a lovely experience.Good fun was had by all.
Food is very tasty. I think the highlight goes to the chicken finger for kids which was much bigger than expected. I hope they keep like that because my tinny one loved it. The beet salad with chicken was good the chicken skin was crispy and verycrunchy), just the portion size was a bit small. The black cod rice was good, but there was too much mint and it overpoweredall other ingredients.
