Went to @wellingtonsofcalgary for the first time, we ordered Oyster Rockefeller, Beef Carpaccio, Filet Mignon, Peppercorn Brandy New York and of course their Beef Wellington. The steaks were done perfectly, the Rockefeller was decent. The Beef Wellington was great but I think the Foie Gras overwhelmed it. I love Foie Gras.
