I've ordered takeout from Ruby Queen twice, and both times the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I've sampled about ten different dishes, and they've all been delicious and full of flavor. The portion sizes are also quite generous. Additionally, they were very accommodating with my food allergy, and I haven't had any issues with cross-contamination. View all feedback.

We were refused service an hour and a half before closing, despite the restaurant still being full of customers. It was quite upsetting, and I couldn't shake the feeling that they may have judged us based on our appearance. Additionally, the restaurant had a strange smell, so maybe it was for the best that we didn't stay. View all feedback.

Our bill totaled about $122 before tip, and the restaurant added a 10% gratuity automatically. This was well-deserved, but I felt inspired to give a little extra. I’d like to express my gratitude to the staff at Ruby Queen for their attentive and passionate preparation and service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return the next time I’m in Calgary!
This seemingly modest restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the northeast. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, frequently checking in to see how our meal was and if we needed anything. The food was outstanding, offering an authentic Chinese dining experience with a table full of various flavorful dishes. I will definitely return, as there are so many items on the menu to try. It was a delightful experience!
